Education for life
Many orphaned and vulnerable children from poor families in Kenya lack school fees and are excluded from secondary school, condemning them to a life of poverty.
So we pay for the education, uniforms and other essentials to enable these talented children to attend school and fulfil their academic potential.
On completing secondary school, most of our beneficiaries qualify for a place at university. And many have started careers.
Please give so that other disadvantaged children in Kenya might benefit from the same opportunity.
It costs approximately £500 per year, or £42 per month to support one child over 4 years.
Our Mission
'Teach a Child - Africa' helps orphaned and vulnerable children from poor families living in areas with a high prevalence of HIV/AIDS. TaC pays secondary school fees and provides uniforms and other essentials to help them fulfil their academic potential and escape from a life of poverty.
